If height of the heel is not indicated you may choose 3 different  standard heels:
2'' (5 cm), 2.5'' (6.35 cm), 3'' (7.6 cm)

Higher heels (ex: 3.5'' or 9 cm) or intermediate (i.e: 2.75'') are classified as "special orders"
(unless this different heel is explicitly indicated in the name of the shoe, ex: "2.1 in", "1.6 in", etc)
These special orders can be made and sent paying 15$ more.
